Technical Support begins during project implementation and continues after a new system is up and running.  Our technical support staff are fully aware of this and are trained to deliver absolute customer service. 

Our technical support staff work hand-in-hand with our development staff to identify and resolve problems quickly.  Moreover, we randomly monitor technical support calls to ensure that our customers receive the care that they deserve.  Our technical support staff strives for same day resolution to problems called in by customers.

Direct digital or other dial-in capabilities to the central database and application server.  

On-site support
