Proficiency programming in the following languages: Visual C++, Visual Basic and JAVA. 

Excellent relational database skills using Oracle 7.3/8.x for Windows NT 4.0

PL/SQL programming: Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions, Packages, PL/SQL temp tables, PL/SQL arrays.

Database design and modeling: Tables, Indexes, Constraints, Parent-child relationships etc.

Tuning of SQL statements and the ability to use Plan Analyzers to enhance query performance.

Windows NT or Windows 95, 98 experience, Microsoft office products and strong ability to develop in the Windows NT environment.  

Excellent communication skills: strong ability to interface with clients on the phone and provide great customer service.  

Networking experience preferred: knowledge of LANS, WANS, Internet and Intranet.
